Snežana M. Ignjatović (2014-06-30)Timočki magmatski kompleks (TMK) u geotektonskom smislu pripada KarpatoBalkanidimaistočne Srbije, koji su deo Tekijsko-Dakijske jedinice. DNA/BSA interactions and cytotoxic studies of tetradentate N,N,O,O Schiff base copper(II) complexes

UV-Vis absorption studies showed that studied complexes interact with DNA molecule and exhibit moderate binding affinity. Substitution reactions of some novel sterically hindered monofunctional Pd(II) complexes
Reakcije supstitucije monofunkcionalnih kompleksa [(TLtBu)PdCl]+ i [Pd(tpdm)Cl]+, gde je TLtBu = 2,6-bis[(1,3-di-terc-butilimidazolin-2-imino)metil]piridin i tpdm = terpiridindimetan, sa nukleofilima kao što su: tiourea, I−, Br−, NO2−, piridin i dimetil-sulfoksid (DMSO) proučavani su u 0,1 M vodenom rastvoru NaClO4 u prisustvu 10 mM NaCl. Reakcije su sprovedene na tri različite temperature (288, 298 i 308 K) korišćenjem tehnike zaustavljenog protoka na različitim temperaturama. Equilibrium and kinetic studies of the reactions between [Ru(terpy)(bipy)Cl]Cl complex and biologically important N-donor ligands
Studije u oblasti antikancerogenih karakteristika jedinjenja rutenijuma(III/II) izazivaju veliku pažnju već nekoliko godina otkako su neka od njih kao što su KP1019 (indazolijum-tetrahloridobis(H-indazol)rutenat(III)) i NAMI-A (imidazolijum) -trans-tetrahlorido(dimetilsulfoksid)indazolerutenat(III)) dostigao nivo kliničkog ispitivanja. Kompleksi rutenijuma u reakciji sa molekulom DNK formiraju prvenstveno gvanin- i adenin-adukt, kao komplekse platine. Takođe, nekoliko studija ukazuje na veoma jake interakcije sa proteinima. The influence of structural modification of Pd(II) pincer-type complexes on the kinetics of substitution reactions

Crystallographic, spectroscopic, thermal and computational studies of polymeric cobalt(II)–mellitate complex with 2,2′-bipyridine
Orange single crystals of new polymeric cobalt(II) complex {[Co(bipy)(H2O)4]2[Co(μ-mell)(H2O)2]·10H2O}n, 1, were synthesized by slow evaporation method at room temperature (bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, mell = hexaanion of mellitic acid) and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. A new copper(II) arsenate, Na2Cu3(AsO3OH)4·4H2O containing discrete [Cu3O12]18− units: Synthesis, crystal structure and magnetic properties
Single crystals of the new disodium tricopper(II) tetrakis(hydrogenarsenate(V)) tetrahydrate, Na2Cu3(AsO3OH)4·4H2O were grown under hydrothermal conditions. The compound was characterized by room-temperature single-crystal X-ray diffraction, SEM-EDS analysis, Raman spectroscopy and magnetic susceptibility measurements. Na2Cu3(AsO3OH)4·4H2O represents a new layered structure-type [space group P21/c, a = 8.7089(17), b = 9.7452(19), c = 9.3353(19) Å, β = 92.63(3)°, V = 791.4(3) Å3, Z = 4]. Bugarčić, Biljana Petrović (2013)Kinetika i mehanizam reakcija supstitucije između [Ru(trpi)(bpi)Cl]+ sa nukleofilima gvanozin-5′-monofosfatom, L-histidinom, tioureom i dimetilsulfoksidom proučavani su spektrofotometrijski u 0,1 M NaClO4 na 310 K. Red reaktivnosti za odabrane ligande je: tiourea > gvanozin-5′-monofosfat > L-histidin > DMSO. Ovaj red je povezan sa elektronskim, strukturnim i hemijskim karakteristikama kompleksa i nukleofila. Reakcija supstitucije sa tioureom je proučavana na tri različite temperature (288, 298 i 310 K). Negativna entropija aktivacije DS = potvrđuje asocijativni način aktivacije.
